• Experience managing investigations and employee relations matters.
• Ability to influence policy and build capability within leadership teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex employee and workplace relations matters end-to-end.
• Provide pragmatic advice on the Fair Work Act, awards and enterprise agreements.
• Partner with leaders to assess risk and develop compliant solutions.
• Prepare submissions and represent the organisation in tribunals.
• Coach leaders and draft/uphold workplace relations policies.
