Responsibilities

• Work on complex environmental protection, administrative law, litigation, legislative reform, contracts and enforcement matters.
• Provide trusted legal advice to internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct litigation and prepare legal documentation as required by the role.
• Contribute to development of contemporary legislation and regulatory approaches.
• Develop and deliver legal education, training and compliance programs across the organisation.
