Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior-level professional to advise on Organization Strategy, Design, and Operating Model transformations. You will engage with senior clients, evaluate solutions, and architect agile, future-ready operating models that enable rapid, sustainable change across large enterprise programs.

Travel up to 80-100% is expected. A bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years in related consulting roles are required, with energy sector experience considered a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organization Strategy & Design, Operating Model Strategy & Design, or Shared Services Design.
• Experience in consulting and energy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
• Evaluate actionable solutions and the roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
• Design future-proof, agile enterprise and function operating models.
• Build organizations from top-down and bottom-up using leading methodologies and digital tools.
