Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a senior professional to lead operating model and organisation design initiatives. You will shape future workforce models and governance by translating strategy into practical structures and processes.

You will partner with senior executives, facilitate workshops and manage delivery across multiple workstreams, leveraging analytics and tools like OrgVue, Anaplan and Excel. A tertiary qualification and multinational experience are valued.

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in shared services, Global Business Services, Global Capability Centres, outsourcing, right-shoring or multinational environments is highly regarded.

What You’ll Do
