Overview

Join ABC Fitness and help us transform the future of fitness through technology! We’re looking for an Enterprise Onboarding Manager to supervise and support team members, ensuring development, performance, and alignment with ABC standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team of Onboarding Project Managers through the full client onboarding lifecycle
• Resolve escalations, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success
• Oversee data conversions, integrations, and project documentation
• Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes and team performance
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams (Product, Implementation, Support)

What You’ll Need

• 3–5 years’ experience in client onboarding & data conversions
• Strong leadership, communication & project coordination skills
• Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Excel
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS or tech implementation teams
• Bonus: PM certification and fitness industry experience
