Job summary

Orchard is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own a geographic territory and close high-value deals with major growers and farm-management entities. You will drive the full sales cycle, from discovery and in-field demos to ROI development and negotiation, while building trusted relationships with farm managers, agronomists, and executives.

You will travel roughly 25% of the time, including potential trips to the U.S. for onboarding, sales kickoffs, and customer visits.

Qualifications

• Prior agriculture or ag-tech sales experience (3–7+ years) required.
• Proven track record closing six-figure contracts with enterprise buyers.
• Deep understanding of the agricultural sales cycle and decision-making at farms.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an enterprise territory with high-value deals.
• Generate pipeline through industry relationships and events.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close and ROI development.
• Build relationships with farm managers, agronomists, executives, and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain forecasts and CRM hygiene; coordinate with deployment ops and customer success.
• Represent Orchard at industry events and demos.
• Shape pricing, product strategy, and market positioning as we scale.
