Job summary

Probe Group is expanding its commercial team and seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation.

Based on warm accounts from day one and opportunities to hunt new logos, you will close complex, multi-solution deals and leverage our vast client base to cross-sell, while collaborating with delivery teams to ensure tailored outcomes for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within technology, digital transformation, or complex B2B services.

Responsibilities

• Manage, nurture, and expand a portfolio of established, warm accounts from day one.
• Proactively hunting and securing new logos across a wide variety of industries.
• Navigating and closing complex, multi-solution deals encompassing AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation.
• Leveraging the broader Probe CX client base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborating with our technical and delivery teams to ensure our bespoke solutions map directly to client business challenges.
