Job summary

Innovior is a leading boutique digital transformation consultancy seeking a Senior Account Executive in a hybrid Sydney role. You will manage warm accounts from day one and also hunt new logos across industries, leveraging a large ANZ client base for cross-sell opportunities.

We offer uncapped commissions and a clear career trajectory, backed by the Probe Group ecosystem. This role provides exposure to AI, data, Salesforce, and staff augmentation within a growing commercial team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles within technology, digital transformation, or complex B2B services.
• Ability to navigate multi-solution deals and engage with enterprise stakeholders.
• Proven track record nurturing existing client relationships and hunting new business.
• Strategic mindset to cross-sell into an expanded capability suite.

Responsibilities

• Managing, nurturing, and expanding a portfolio of established, warm accounts from your first day.
• Proactively hunting and securing new logos across a wide variety of industries.
• Closing complex, multi-solution deals encompassing AI, Data, Salesforce, and Staff Augmentation.
• Leveraging the broader Probe CX client base to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborating with our technical and delivery teams to ensure our bespoke solutions map directly to client business challenges.
