Job summary

Synertec, an ASX-listed technology and engineering consultancy, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead complex multi-disciplinary programs. You will oversee governance, client interfaces, and delivery from design through commissioning, guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring future leaders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program management of large-scale engineering projects, with strong governance, risk, and commercial acumen, and engineering qualifications plus PM credentials.

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering programs of work for large-scale clients
• 10+ years of project management across design, implementation and commissioning
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and complex delivery environments
• Strong governance, commercial management and risk management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Tertiary engineering qualification; professional PM membership or certification highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, governance and direction across the full program lifecycle
• Interface with clients, manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with client expectations
• Ensure programs are delivered safely, commercially and operationally across all stages
• Enhance delivery capability through best-practice project management processes and mentoring
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities and support company growth
• Ensure HSEQ protocols are followed across all stages of delivery
