Job summary

Multiplex is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of complex commercial construction projects in Adelaide. You will steer design, programme, commercial, safety and quality, and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You’ll manage subcontractors, client relationships, and financial performance, with a focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering complex commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methodologies, techniques and sequencing.
• Experience with contract administration across the project lifecycle.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and set clear objectives.
• Strong client and stakeholder management with effective issue resolution.
• Experience managing Industrial Relations matters in a construction environment.
• Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and WHS/OHS legislation and policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Building, Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex commercial construction projects from design to handover.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, cost and quality performance.
• Manage subcontractor selection, performance and relationships.
• Mentor and develop project team members to drive outcomes.
