Victorian Ombudsman in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a Senior Engagement Officer to uphold our frameworks and drive engagement through online or in-person forums and events. You will build strong relationships across levels to support strategic collaboration and raise awareness of our work.

The role requires exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to promote VO’s goals across external stakeholders and communities. The position is based in Melbourne CBD and Inner Metro suburbs.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold the Victorian Ombudsman frameworks and conduct activities that promote the Office’s work through online or in-person forums and events.
• Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills to support strategic collaboration and awareness-raising with external stakeholders.
