Job summary
UGL Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering – Industrial to lead the delivery of engineering services across the Energy & Industrial business, shaping project outcomes and tender success. The role emphasizes strategic planning, capability development and strong client collaboration to drive growth.
The Head will guide engineering capability, set divisional objectives, and work with PMO to deliver technical excellence across solar, storage, wind, hydrogen and ammonia projects
Qualifications
- Appropriate Engineering qualifications including extensive New Energy or similar industry experience.
- Knowledge and proven experience in engineering management of complex projects with manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop Engineering capability to facilitate business growth within Energy & Industrial sectors.
- Provide senior management and strategic leadership with clear objectives, KPIs and targets.
- Develop and maintain innovative delivery methodologies with PMO to support energy markets.
- Build trust-based client relationships internal and external.
- Collaborate with Business Development to pursue major opportunities.
- Attend Management Review Meetings and propose solutions to quality issues.
