Databricks in Sydney seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead the most complex customer engagements, owning technical strategy and executive relationships. You will drive platform adoption and revenue growth while mentoring a team of SAs across the region.

The role requires deep data architecture expertise, hands-on coding, and a track record of strategic influence at the C-suite level. Collaboration with DSAs, SSAs, and partners is essential.

Formación

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, principal engineering, or senior customer-facing technical roles.
• Expert-level coding proficiency in Python, SQL; Spark/PySpark preferred.
• Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, distributed systems, real-time/multistream processing.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the technical and consumption strategy for the organization's most complex customer engagements, influencing platform adoption and revenue.
• Own senior-level technical relationships and act as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
• Lead the most complex architecture engagements including multi-workload platforms and enterprise-wide migrations.
• Mentor junior SAs and share domain expertise across teams to drive impact.
• Develop competitive strategies and contribute to field engineering thought leadership.
