Job summary

Databricks in Adelaide is seeking a customer-focused technical sales professional to drive value for our Data Intelligence Platform across enterprise accounts. You will partner with Account Executives, shape architecture and implementation discussions, and deliver tailored demonstrations.

You will build trusted client relationships, help scope use cases, and translate insights into actionable data solutions on cloud platforms, with ongoing opportunities to grow into a regional expert.

Qualifications

• Engage customers in technical sales and guide clear outcomes.
• Develop customer relationships and collaborate with account executives.
• Experience coding in Python/Java/Scala and willingness to learn Spark.
• Proficient with Big Data Analytics technologies and cloud platforms.
• Experience in use case discovery and delivering complex solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• Form successful relationships with clients across assigned territory with Account Executives.
• Serve as an expert in big data analytics to excite customers and become a trusted advisor on architecture and implementation.
• Scale best practices by authoring reference architectures, how-tos, and demos; lead regional workshops.
• Grow knowledge to the level of a technical and/or industry specialist.
