Job summary

Arup is seeking a Senior Workplace Infrastructure Engineer to join the global Workplace Services team, delivering complex endpoint and virtual desktop capabilities across APAC. The role combines hands-on engineering with strategic initiatives to improve services used in a diverse, international workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with modern endpoint management and desktop provisioning tools.
• Proven ability to support complex Windows tenancies and enterprise mobility services.
• Experience automating deployments, patching and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

• Provide third‑level support, own complex incidents through to resolution and deliver secure, reliable workplace technology across APAC.
• Develop and implement roadmap for endpoint and VDI environments (Intune, Autopilot, AVD).
• Document configurations and automation processes to ensure consistent operations.
