Job summary

Harvey Norman is seeking a Senior Desktop Administrator to manage end-user services and IT infrastructure onsite between the Silverwater corporate offices and Homebush West. The role focuses on delivering reliable End User Services and improving user experiences for colleagues across the organisation.

You will be the secondary escalation point, resolving incidents and guiding the team while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 workstation environments.
• Experience in incident, problem, change and configuration management.
• Familiarity with endpoint management platforms and service desk ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage end-user services and infrastructure onsite.
• Serve as secondary escalation point for issues and provide guidance to the team.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services meet needs.
• Identify vulnerabilities and risks in service delivery and implement mitigations.
