Qualifikationen

• Admitted lawyer with demonstrated employment law experience.
• Experience in private practice and/or in-house environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment and workplace relations legislation.

• Provide day-to-day employment law and workplace relations advice.
• Advise on grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and terminations.
• Manage workplace investigations and employment disputes.
