Job summary

Sureway is seeking a Senior Employment Consultant to lead and coach a caseload of job seekers with disability, across multiple sites in the region. This full-time role requires travel between Sureway sites and collaboration with the Area Manager to drive performance and service quality.

You will model effective caseload management, coach staff, and support the team to help clients obtain and sustain employment, contributing to regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• National Police Check and state-based screening required
• Right to work in Australia and valid driver’s licence required

The Role

Full-time position, based at any Sureway site within the management area, with responsibility for supporting and covering all sites across the region.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Senior Employment Consultant.

Take the next step in your career by modelling effective management of a caseload of job seekers with disability. Positively impact the broader region through provision of support to the Area Manager and other team members. Help the team reach targets through coaching, training and providing debrief opportunities.

Regular travel to sites is a vital part of this position.

• You will interpret guidelines and educate team members to ensure our services meet IEA standards
