Job summary

Sureway Employment, a long-standing provider of employment services across Australia, seeks an Employment Consultant for Inclusive Employment Australia. You will guide and motivate participants with disabilities, connect them to sustainable opportunities, and build relationships with employers and support organisations.

The role focuses on person-centred service delivery, local employer partnerships, and ongoing support to ensure successful outcomes.

You will guide, support, and motivate participants ontheir journey to employment, while developing strong relationships withemployers and support organisations.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Utilising a person-centredapproach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
