Job summary

Peoplecorp is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join a newly formed national ER team in Adelaide, with a flexible hybrid arrangement. You will manage a high-volume caseload spanning conduct matters through to complex investigations, interpreting awards and enterprise agreements while engaging with unions.

In this role you will shape ER practice, contribute to policy templates and coach junior colleagues, delivering pragmatic solutions in a purpose-led organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive employee relations expertise and a track record in case management.
• Experience in regulated, unionised environments is valued.
• Ability to coach and develop junior team members.
• Strong stakeholder management and pragmatic judgement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload ranging from minor conduct matters to complex investigations.
• Lead and mentor developing advisors; contribute to ER policy templates.
• Interpret awards and enterprise agreements; engage with unions and stakeholders.
• Attend sites in person for serious matters; navigate and assess risk in investigations.
• Shape ER practice by developing processes that define ER for the organisation.
