Job summary

Sharp & Carter is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to lead the eDM strategy for our Trade business. You will own the annual calendar, partner with Trade Marketing, and oversee a small offshore team to deliver high-impact campaigns.

You will drive insights from GA4 and Insider to optimize engagement, revenue, and brand loyalty while maintaining strict compliance with email best practices.

Qualifications

• Strategic planning experience in retail or fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership of offshore or remote teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven marketer with track record in performance optimization.
• Expertise in lifecycle automation and complex segmentation.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing technologies and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the eDM roadmap and annual calendar for the Trade business.
• Lead and mentor a team of three Trade Email Specialists.
• Oversee approvals, QA, and privacy compliance for campaigns.
• Define performance metrics and provide high-level recommendations to stakeholders.
• Drive testing (A/B, segmentation, send times) to improve engagement and revenue.
