Job summary

ECG Engineering is seeking a Senior Electrical Project Engineer / Project Manager to drive delivery of complex mining and industrial electrical projects. The role focuses on coordinating data extraction and reporting, primarily using MS Project and Excel, across Australia and overseas.

The successful candidate will have 5–20 years of experience in electrical engineering, strong project management and communication skills, and readiness to work from Perth with occasional site visits domestically

Qualifications

• Major project experience, both office and ideally site.
• Construction experience: understanding the processes and linkages
• Microsoft Project experience, from working in the schedule, to extracting data for reporting
• Exposure to engineering drawings in an engineering environment
• Experience / exposure to primary electrical design – substations and transmission
• Experience in electrical engineering and associated plant and packages

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate delivery and execution of complex electrical projects.
• Coordinate data extraction and reporting using MS Project and Excel.
• Manage projects across Australia and globally.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
