ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV) is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Electrical to lead delivery of the Central West Orana Transmission Project. This role supports energy hubs and substations, requiring strong leadership, safety, quality and schedule management.

You will work on 90km of 500kV lines and 150km of 330kV lines, with camp-style rosters and on-site deployment. The role may be with either parent company during recruitment; travel and roster apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in construction/engineering for large-scale renewables.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork.
• Knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and workmanship on and off site.
• Drive quality commitment from all levels of the project team.
• Ensure project team has delegated responsibilities for quality procedures.
• Resolve outstanding defects and implement the project quality plan.
• Provide planning/design advice and options for materials, resources and systems.
• Manage delivery to ensure efficient use of processes across all project phases.
• Identify authorities for approvals and project interdependencies.
• Maintain schedule by tracking progress, coordinating activities, resolving issues.
• Prepare status reports and change orders.
