Job summary

ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture is seeking a dedicated Supervisor – Civil to lead civil works for the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project, including 500kV and 330kV lines. You will drive safety, quality and schedule adherence while ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Roaster-based role with bus-in bus-out and camp-style accommodation; 14 days onsite followed by 7 days off. You will manage subcontractors, review drawings, and enforce HS&E requirements to deliver sustainable

Qualifications

Prefer 5+ years as a civil supervisor on projects with foundations, piling and bulk earthworks.
Experience in outdoor air insulated substations and 220kV+ substations is desirable.
Ability to lead subcontractors and ensure compliance with specs and procedures.
Solid understanding of drawings, specifications and HS&E requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure all construction works meet specifications and standards.
Maintain safety and environmental performance with zero tolerance for unsafe practices.
Oversee quality and timely completion of works, including defect resolution and corrective actions.
Lead subcontractors and monitor their performance to ensure workmanship quality.
Ensure compliance with ACEREZ D&C procedures and permit requirements.
