AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Electrical Engineer in Australia to lead the technical electrical design for medium-voltage balance of plant on wind, solar, BESS and hybrid projects. You will steer the design from concept to commissioning, balancing safety, performance and constructability while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

Competenze

• 12+ years designing and leading medium-voltage electrical systems (11 kV–33 kV).
• Experience across concept to detailed design stages in utilities, industrial power, EPC or consulting.
• Proven ability to produce/critique calculations, models and drawings and coordinate across disciplines.

Mansioni

• Lead MV balance-of-plant electrical design for utility-scale generation and storage projects.
• Develop and review design bases, single-line diagrams, equipment ratings and protection philosophies.
• Build and review PowerFactory models and carry out load-flow, fault-level and voltage studies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and mentor engineers throughout procurement, construction and commissioning.
