Eagles Engineers is seeking a Secondary Electrical Engineer to design, analyse, and deliver HV and EHV secondary systems for substations and transmission projects up to 500kV. You will influence documentation, grid connection studies, and protection schemes while guiding junior engineers.
You will apply expertise across protection, SCADA, IEC 61850, and grid compliance, supported by a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and experience in renewables and utility scales.

As our Secondary Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and delivery of secondary systems for high-voltage (HV) and extra-high-voltage (EHV) substations and transmission infrastructure projects. Working across utility, renewable energy, and power network developments, you will provide engineering expertise to develop safe, reliable, and compliant protection, control, SCADA, communications, and auxiliary system solutions that support the successful delivery of projects up to 500kV.
