Job summary

Eagles Engineers is seeking an emerging project professional to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a major package. You will work with an experienced Package Manager to coordinate design, procurement, contracts, project controls, and construction activities, helping to keep delivery on track from planning through to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years' experience in project delivery, contract administration, or package/construction coordination, ideally within engineering/infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Support the Package Manager in developing and maintaining the package delivery plan, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Assist in preparing package status reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
• Support preparation of scopes of work, tender packages, and requests for quotation for subcontractors/suppliers.
• Coordinate technical queries and design clarifications between the client, design team, and construction/delivery teams.
• Assist in coordinating site inspections, walkdowns, and progress verification where required.
• Support close-out activities including as-built documentation, punch lists, and handover packages.
• Liaise with client representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve day-to-day package issues.

• Working knowledge of project controls concepts (cost, schedule, change management)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint)
• Sound understanding of contract administration principles
• HV substations experience
