• Lead project delivery from planning to completion, coordinating with clients, architects, contractors and project teams.
• Mentor and support developing engineers to grow technical capabilities.
• Engage with clients and project stakeholders to ensure practical and innovative engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC requirements and authority approval processes.
