Job summary

Harrison McMillan Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead project delivery across commercial, residential and government sectors. You will collaborate with clients, architects and contractors to deliver practical engineering solutions and drive technical excellence.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to business growth, and help shape project strategy while working from our Canberra office. Unrestricted Australian work rights required.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with Australian consulting exposure.
Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure, lighting, communications and essential services.
Experience coordinating with clients and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead project delivery from initial planning to completion.
Build and maintain client relationships and strengthen stakeholder engagement.
Mentor and support developing engineers and junior staff.
