Job summary

WSP Sydney is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design across a range of building services projects. You will manage design packages within larger programmes while developing strong client relationships and ensuring best-practice delivery.

With 7–10+ years of Australian experience and a solid knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and NCC, you’ll contribute to the growth of our Building Services team and collaborate across sectors including Transport, Defence, Data Centres, Commercial

Qualifications

Bachelor of Electrical Engineering required.
7–10+ years' Australian building services experience, ideally in consulting.
Ability to deliver multiple concurrent projects and manage client expectations.
Strong knowledge of relevant standards and codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC).

Responsibilities

Provide electrical design leadership on single and multi-disciplinary projects.
Lead small to medium-sized engineering design packages within larger programmes.
Maintain clear communication with external clients, authorities and internal teams.
Deliver best practices to save time and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Build long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Support the development and growth of the Building Services team.
