Job summary

Harrison McMillan, Canberra-based engineering consultancy, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead project delivery across commercial, residential, government, education, health and mixed-use developments in the ACT and NSW.

This role offers ownership from early planning through to completion, mentoring developing engineers, coordinating with clients, architects, contractors and project teams, and delivering practical, innovative electrical solutions while upholding Australian Standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering building services electrical designs in an Australian consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical infrastructure, lighting, communications, and security.
• Familiar with Australian Standards and NCC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from planning through to completion.
• Lead project delivery and coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors.
• Mentor developing engineers and drive technical excellence.
• Contribute to shaping the future direction of the business.
