Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced EHS Sr. Manager to oversee a portfolio of laboratories and facilities. You will partner with Lab, Facilities Management, and Engineering teams to drive safe, compliant operations and align with client EHS standards.

You will review operating procedures for EHS authorization, support JHAs and confined space activities, and act as a trusted advisor to maintain high safety performance across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• CIH or CSP certifications are desirable.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complex information and drive performance.
• Strong leadership to motivate teams across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with laboratory safety programs and high-risk EHS program management.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive safety culture to ensure compliance.
• Develop and review playbooks and procedures for EHS consistency.
• Support JHAs, confined space, and other safety-critical work.
• Identify hazards, implement scalable controls, and monitor risks.
• Lead investigations of injuries or incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Engage stakeholders and provide trusted advisory guidance on safety matters.
