Goodstart Early Learning Warwick - Wood Street is seeking a Senior Educator to lead a classroom and guide a team of Educators in delivering high-quality early learning experiences. You will work with the Centre Leadership Team to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices while ensuring safety and inclusivity for all children.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent), knowledge of EYLF/NQS, and a valid Queensland Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead your own room and a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices.
• Maintain safety and inclusivity to tailor learning experiences for all children.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time, 38hours/week
