Job summary

Goodstart Tannum Sands is seeking a Senior Educator for the Toddler Room in Tannum Sands, QLD. You will lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional early learning programs and work with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to continually improve teaching practices.

Role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), strong EYLF/NQS knowledge, and a current QLD Working with Children Check. Geccko training completion is also requested.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current QLD Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (Geccko platform).
• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of your own room and lead a team of Educators.
• Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and improve teaching practices.
• Ensure safety and inclusivity in learning experiences for all children.

Pay: $41.74 - $43 per hr - Depending on Experience
