Goodstart Warnbro is seeking a Senior Educator for the Toddler Room. You’ll lead your own room, mentor a team of Educators and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to deliver high-quality programs that support children’s development.

You’ll work in a supportive culture with above-award pay, 50% childcare discount, paid parental leave and ongoing professional development in a 47-place centre that values inclusion and safety.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Current WA Working with Children Check.

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you’ll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You’ll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. You’ll Need
