Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning is hiring a dedicated Educator for our Warnbro South centre in Western Australia. You will work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to design and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences for children aged 0–5, while upholding safety and quality standards.

You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), with strong EYLF/NQS knowledge and a WA Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current WA Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training (via Gecco platform).

Responsibilities

• Craft and enhance learning programs for our children.
• Maintain high safety, inclusivity and wellbeing standards.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to deliver quality education.
• Support the centre’s learning framework and child-centered approach.
