Macquarie University invites applications for two Senior Education Developers to join the Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) for a 12-month fixed-term term at North Ryde. You will design and deliver technology-enhanced learning solutions, including integrating Microsoft Teams into the digital classroom and collaborating with IT and learning designers.

You will train staff, evaluate learning effectiveness, and embed AI-enabled pedagogies while meeting accessibility and policy

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, instructional design or related field.
• Extensive experience designing digital education programs in higher education.
• Experience using Moodle/iLearn and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to integrate AI into education environments.
• Strong communication, consultation and training skills.
• Good organisational and project coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Australian higher education policy and regulation (desirable).

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver high-quality, technology-enhanced digital learning solutions.
• Provide expert consultancy and training to academic staff and learning designers.
• Evaluate pedagogical effectiveness using feedback and data.
• Embed accessibility and employability in learning designs.
• Establish digital design standards, templates and workflows.
• Manage learning technology projects end-to-end with stakeholders.
• Keep pace with developments in digital pedagogy and AI-enabled learning.
