Job summary

Hatchit Studios is seeking an experienced Senior EDRMS System Administrator for a long-term labour hire opportunity with a Federal Government department in Canberra. The role sits within an Information Management function responsible for enterprise information governance, records management and the operation of the department’s Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

This senior technical role requires strong hands-on expertise with Content Manager, combined with systems

Qualifications

• Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Management, or equivalent demonstrated industry experience.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting, configuring and developing Content Manager.
• Experience integrating business applications with Content Manager.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, administer and develop the Content Manager application
• Assist with the management, co-location and consolidation of enterprise EDRMS datasets
• Troubleshoot application, infrastructure and network-related issues affecting the EDRMS environment
• Support the integration of business applications with Content Manager
• Provide technical advice, documentation and input into application interface and change requirements
• Undertake Microsoft operating system configuration, maintenance and patching
• Support virtualised infrastructure environments
• Contribute to the stability, performance and ongoing improvement of enterprise information management services
• Maintain technical documentation and support controlled change within a Federal Government ICT environment
