Job summary

ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks an experienced EDRMS Technical Administrator to support a large enterprise Content Manager deployment. You will administer, configure and operate the EDRMS, manage datasets and support integrations and infrastructure within a complex ICT environment.

The role requires strong Content Manager experience, proven Microsoft OS configuration skills and current NV1 security clearance, with onsite work in Canberra.

EDRMS Technical Administrator | NV1 Clearance | Full-Time Onsite, Canberra

We are seeking an experienced EDRMS Technical Administrator to support the administration, configuration and technical operations of a large enterprise Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS).

The successful candidate will have strong Content Manager experience, excellent Microsoft technical skills and experience supporting enterprise applications, integrations and infrastructure in a complex ICT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support the Content Manager application.
• Support the management, co-location and consolidation of global EDRMS datasets.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, systems and networks.
• Provide technical advice on EDRMS integrations, documentation and change requests.
• Support the interfacing of business applications with Content Manager.
• Work with Microsoft operating systems, including configuration, maintenance and patching.
• Support enterprise virtualisation environments.
• Understand the impact of the broader ICT environment on EDRMS operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience supporting, configuring and developing the Content Manager application.
• Experience integrating business applications with Content Manager.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Operating System configuration, maintenance and patching.
• Experience with virtualisation platforms, including:
  • VMware vSphere
  • Nutanix AHV
  • Citrix Workspace
• Strong understanding of enterprise ICT environments and technical troubleshooting.
• Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Management or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Current NV1 security clearance is mandatory.
