Standards Australia is seeking a Senior ECM Platform Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise content management solutions using IBM FileNet and IBM Case Manager. You will specify requirements, design migration paths, and mentor the team in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities include building scalable integrations, configuring case types, workflows, and REST/SOAP services, and ensuring performance and production support across platforms.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8 and IBM Case Manager.
• Strong development experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs and Web Services.
• Experience developing custom widgets, ICN plugins, and workflow solutions.
• Good understanding of ECM architecture and case management components.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

• Perform solution design, technical reviews, impact assessments, and performance optimisation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Support platform upgrades, migrations, modernisation and release activities.
• Create technical design documentation, deployment guides and operational runbooks.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

• Prepare and present requirements to the business lead on the evolution of the technical architecture.
• Contribute to the invention of new technical processes and design concepts.

• Collaborate with the HA, MDR, and DevOps teams to deliver fully integrated solutions.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of Case Builder, Process Designer, ACCE, and ECM architecture.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud‑based deployments.
• Knowledge of ReactJS/Angular integrations and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to ECM migration and modernisation initiatives.
• IBM FileNet, BAW, or related certifications.
