Job summary

Avant is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, develop and enhance a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting customer, sales, service and marketing.

This hands‑on contract role runs end‑to‑end from design and development through deployment, support and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work setup in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions.
• Strong development skills across C#, .NET and JavaScript.
• Deep expertise with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutions.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experience.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge ofAzure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Git.
• Excellent problem‑solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Plugins and Web APIs.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services.

• Create and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting.
• Help modernise legacy solutions, reduce technical debt and drive engineering best practice.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across the development lifecycle.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a high-performing technology team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

This is a hands‑on contract opportunity where you'll own solutions end‑to‑end, from design and development through to deployment, support and continuous improvement.

Key activities

• Design and develop enterprise‑grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Build and maintain custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Plugins and Web APIs
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services
