Job summary

Avant Mutual Group is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a high-performing tech team in Sydney on a hands-on contract. You will own end-to-end design, development, deployment and continuous improvement of large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Experience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutions.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experience.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a high-performing technology team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through to deployment, support and continuous improvement.

Key activities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services
• Improve platform reliability, performance and security through proactive engineering practices
• Create and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting
