Job summary

Avanade is seeking a CRM Technical Architect (Manager level) to lead the technical design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions for enterprise clients in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, you will provide deep technical leadership across presales, design and delivery phases, ensuring robust, scalable solutions aligned to client requirements and Microsoft best practices.

You will mentor senior developers, drive architecture decisions, and stay current with platform developments

Qualifications

8–14 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE technical delivery
at least 4 years in an architecture role
strong communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture and solution design for complex Dynamics 365 CE / CRM implementations
Design end-to-end technical solutions including data model, integrations, customisations and security architecture
Architect Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages
Provide technical governance across delivery teams, reviewing code, configurations and integration designs
Lead technical workshops with client stakeholders to validate architecture decisions
Collaborate with functional architects, security architects and infrastructure teams
Lead and contribute to pre-sales engagements including technical scoping, effort estimation and proposal development
Mentor and guide senior developers and technical consultants on the programme
