Job summary

Avanade is seeking an experienced Microsoft-focused Delivery Lead to steer complex system integration projects from mobilisation through completion in Australia. You will own delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, and quality, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage client expectations with strong governance and commercial judgement.

Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP, Power Platform and multi-vendor delivery is preferred, with a consulting mindset and ability to lead

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
Mobilise engagements with integrated delivery plans, governance, and delivery controls.
Manage stakeholder relationships and executive reporting across the engagement.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams including onshore, offshore and third-party contributors.
Ensure lessons learned and handover activities at closure.
