Job summary

Avanade Inc. is seeking a Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform Solution Architect to lead delivery engagements and shape architecture for large, multi-technology deals including AI.

The role requires hands-on work with D365 CE and Power Platform, plus guiding teams and customers through complex implementations. You will liaise with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery, while leveraging your deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and AI to drive

• Coordinate between clients, IT staff and business partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee issue resolution and travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute across all phases of Avanade projects using both traditional waterfall and Agile delivery methodologiesLead and assist with pre-sales engagements, meeting tight timelines Leverage technical expertise to Architect, Design and Implement D365 CE, Power Platform and AI solutions. You will also be required to be hands-on with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Liaise effectively between clients, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high quality and timely delivery Assess client requirements and scope and recommend appropriate solutions Design Conceptual and Technical architectures Ensure project quality meets high technical standards Partner with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery Support the team in defining technical, non-functional and operational requirements Oversee the timely and effective resolution of client issues Work under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision-making related to work process Travel as needed. You may be required to travel based on presales and project demands
