Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment invites applications for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Senior Analyst Programmer. You will join the Microsoft Business Solutions delivery team, designing and implementing D365CE solutions, including integrations with third-party systems, while coordinating with onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of .NET stack and Power Platform, plus experience with development lifecycle best practices.

Qualifications

• University degree in computing or business discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification.
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement/CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365 and/or .NET tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality design and sustainable client solutions with Architects.
• Deliver D365CE implementations in Agile or Waterfall environments.
• Develop integrations between D365CE and third-party systems using Microsoft technologies.
