Job summary

Atrium Homes in Ardross, WA, is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson for a full-time role based in Western Australia. • Experience in the WA Building Industry.
• Knowledge of R-Codes.

About the role

Atrium Homes is seeking an experienced Senior Draftsperson to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in Ardross, Western Australia. In Drafting you are primarily responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation of drawings, with a solid understanding of contract documentation, preconstruction procedures, construction techniques and all statutory and compliance requirements. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in drafting for local WA builds, ideally within the Luxury builder market
• Ability to produce working drawings using ArchiCAD 29
• Processing of client pre-start changes and variations
• Liaising with councils, colleagues and engineers as required
• Have a high attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Have the ability to complete work within allocated timeframes
• Experience in the WA Building Industry
• Experience with Archicad 29 & 4D Library
• Knowledge of R-Codes
• Experience with double storey homes
• Knowledge of local residential building methods
