Draftsperson – Residential Builder | Wangara (North of the River)

Our client is a well-established residential builder in WA with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality homes and a client‑focused approach. Known for their consistent pipeline of single storey projects and supportive team culture, they continue to grow steadily in the Perth market.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Draftsperson to join the team in a full‑time, permanent position based in Wangara (North of the River). You will work closely with the internal team to produce full working drawings for new residential homes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and buildability across all documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsperson working directly for a residential builder
• Strong experience producing full working drawings for complete new homes (not just concepts or designs)
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Revit or AutoCAD experience will not be considered)
• Solid understanding of WA residential construction standards and processes
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Important:

To be considered, you must have worked on the main contractor side delivering full working drawings for new residential homes. Experience limited to cabinetry, subcontractors, architectural offices, or interior design studios is not suitable.
