Job summary

Aussie Lift & Shift Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced architectural drafter to deliver high-quality drawings from concept through construction documentation. You will work across a diverse project portfolio, contribute to designs, and help ensure quality outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include producing AutoCAD and SolidWorks docs, coordinating with teams, and maintaining accurate project records while continuously improving design standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience in drafting or building design.
• Proven ability to produce accurate architectural documentation.
• Proactive in developing practical, innovative design solutions.

Job description

Working alongside an experienced and collaborative engineer, you will help deliver projects from concept through to construction documentation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, contribute to designs, and play a key role in delivering quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Produce high-quality architectural documentation using AutoCAD and Solidworks

Prepare construction documentation for residential and commercial projects

About you

Degree or Diploma qualification in Architecture, Building Design, or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years' experience in drafting or building design

AutoCAD and Solidworks experience or equivalent

Excellent documentation and detailing skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

A proactive approach and passion for practical, innovative solutions

The willingness to connect with customers to guide and educate them during the design process
