Job summary

CK Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dozer operator to join our client’s team on the Central Coast, NSW. This hands-on role requires operating plant machinery daily and overseeing Clean Fill site operations to ensure compliance with permits and EPA guidelines.

The ideal candidate will hold a current LZ (Dozer) ticket, a Watercart ticket, and an HR license, plus proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Overtime may be available for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Clean Fill site operations
• Support Operations Manager in planning permits and EPA guidelines
• Maintain a safety mindset at all times
• Report and record all incidents and hazards
• Manage receipt of materials
• Ensure equipment is maintained in line with manufacturer standards and is safe and efficient

We have a great new opportunity for an experienced Dozer operator to join our clients team.

This is a hands on roll that will require you to operate plant machinery on a daily basis.

Hours of work 6.30am to 4.30pm

Great pay rate on offer plus overtime is available.

Experience

• Must hold a current LZ (Dozer) ticket and a Watercart ticket and a HR license.
• Experience with capping silt / tailing ponds is required.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Possess sound communication skills with great work ethics.

• Ability to solve problems and present solutions.
